Clients may contact us through the website, order form, email, WhatsApp, or other contact methods shown on the site. Every project begins with a discussion, quote, package selection, or custom service agreement.
The final scope of work is based on the details confirmed between Roauf Net and the client. This may include the agreed service, deliverables, features, timeline, support period, and price. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or additional payment.
Roauf Net may offer both ready-to-order packages and custom services. Ready-to-order packages are provided according to their stated features and limits. Custom services are quoted based on the client’s exact needs, requested functionality, goals, and complexity.
If a client needs features, pages, products, integrations, content, or revisions beyond what is included in a package or quote, these may be treated as additional work.
To help us complete the work properly and on time, the client agrees to provide accurate information, required content, approvals, access credentials, technical details, product data, images, and other needed materials in a timely manner.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the materials they provide, including text, images, branding, data, and instructions, do not violate the rights of others and do not break any law or platform rule.
Work may begin only after payment is made according to the agreed quote, invoice, milestone, or package terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Roauf Net reserves the right to require full payment in advance, partial payment, or milestone payments depending on the type of service.
If a payment is delayed, overdue, reversed, or disputed without valid reason, Roauf Net may pause work, delay delivery, suspend access, or cancel the project until the payment issue is resolved.
Reasonable revisions may be included only if they are part of the agreed service. Requests that go beyond the original scope, require significant redesign, add new features, or change the project direction may be treated as new work and priced separately.
Any timeline we provide is an estimate unless a fixed deadline has been expressly agreed. Delivery times may vary depending on project size, complexity, client response time, required approvals, access delays, technical issues, third-party dependencies, or changes in scope.
Roauf Net is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, late approvals, external platforms, domain registrars, hosting providers, payment providers, marketplace platforms, or other third parties.
If Roauf Net assists with domain name registration, DNS setup, hosting setup, migration, or server configuration, the availability of any domain name or hosting feature depends on third-party providers. Domain registration fees, renewals, hosting fees, premium add-ons, and third-party charges may be billed separately unless clearly included in the agreed package or quote.
The client is responsible for renewing domains, hosting plans, and related third-party services unless Roauf Net has expressly agreed to manage them as an ongoing paid service.
Web design and development services are provided according to the agreed features, structure, platform, and functionality. Roauf Net may use custom code, frameworks, themes, plugins, or third-party tools where appropriate.
Unless otherwise agreed, any extra integrations, advanced functionality, custom applications, premium licenses, paid plugins, stock assets, external APIs, or ongoing maintenance are not automatically included.
Roauf Net provides SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI visibility services based on strategy, optimization, technical improvements, content structure, trust signals, and search-readiness best practices. However, search engines, answer engines, AI systems, and third-party platforms use their own changing algorithms and selection processes.
Because of this, Roauf Net does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, indexing results, featured placements, AI citations, or business outcomes unless a written guarantee has been expressly provided for a specific service.
Similarweb-related services are provided according to the agreed campaign terms, targeting, and scope. However, Roauf Net does not control Similarweb’s systems, reporting methods, update timing, data visibility, or how third-party platforms display information.
Any reporting, visibility, timing, or appearance of traffic-related data on external platforms may vary due to factors outside our direct control.
Online shop services may include store setup, product pages, category structure, checkout setup, payment configuration, and related eCommerce work according to the agreed package or quote. The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, stock, tax handling, shipping settings, refund policies, and compliance requirements of the products and business they sell.
Roauf Net is not responsible for payment processor decisions, merchant account approvals, platform suspensions, tax obligations, shipping disputes, or issues caused by inaccurate client-provided store information.
Website security services may include hardening, SSL setup, malware-related checks, login protection, monitoring recommendations, and security improvements. While Roauf Net works to strengthen website protection, no website or server can ever be guaranteed to be permanently risk-free or immune from all attacks, breaches, malware, downtime, or third-party vulnerabilities.
Where a package, quote, or service includes a support period, that support applies only for the stated duration and only to issues reasonably connected to the delivered work. Unless otherwise agreed, post-delivery support does not include major redesigns, new features, unrelated technical problems, third-party platform failures, or damage caused by client changes or external actions.
Some projects may involve third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting companies, payment gateways, analytics tools, plugins, themes, APIs, marketplaces, messaging tools, eCommerce platforms, or external software. Roauf Net is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, suspensions, bugs, access loss, cost increases, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives the rights to the final paid deliverables created specifically for their project after full payment has been received. Roauf Net retains ownership of its own methods, know-how, internal systems, proposals, processes, unpublished materials, and any pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates, or frameworks used in the work.
Any third-party assets, fonts, plugins, themes, stock content, or licensed materials remain subject to their own license terms.
The client is fully responsible for the legality, ownership, accuracy, and permissions of the content, business claims, products, media, branding, and data they ask Roauf Net to publish, use, edit, promote, or upload. Roauf Net reserves the right to reject any project or material that appears misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Because many Roauf Net services involve custom digital work, planning, setup, analysis, communication, and implementation time, payments are generally not refundable once work has started, unless Roauf Net agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, Roauf Net may retain payment for the work already completed, time already spent, resources already used, and any non-recoverable third-party costs.
Roauf Net may suspend, refuse, or terminate a project or service if a client provides false information, becomes abusive, requests unlawful or deceptive work, refuses to cooperate, fails to make required payments, or otherwise breaches these Terms of Service.
All services and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless a different standard is expressly stated in a written agreement. Roauf Net makes no guarantee that the website, services, communications, or third-party systems will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or suitable for every business objective.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roauf Net will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, traffic, rankings, leads, data, business opportunities, or reputation arising from the use of our website or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of Roauf Net shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service directly related to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roauf Net from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the content you provide, the instructions you approve, the products or services you sell, your misuse of our services, or your breach of these Terms of Service.
Roauf Net may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms of Service.
